I believe this to be the wife of Jesse Lee Parrish, Mollie "Irene" May Parrish, dates are same.
Not sure about why name is Reynolds and they have her maiden name as Parrish? Can't find where she might have remarried a Reynolds and Jesse died in 1996. I'll post what stone says till it can be verified.
