Hobert J. Allred
Hobert James Allred, 78, of Huntsville died Tuesday at his home. The funeral was Thursday in Madison City Cemetery with the Rev. Maynard Mooney officiating and Spry Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Allred, a native of Blount County, was a veteran of World War II and a retired restaurant owner.
Survivors include his wife, Odell Allred; three daughters, Konnie Nance and Martha Marchman, both of Huntsville and Annette Allred of Toney; five sisters, Betty Mills of Tarrant, Cindy Vest of Pinson, Mae Rauchenberg of Guntersville, Nell Hawkins of Oneonta and Lucy Stockman of Florida; three brothers, Howard Allred of Gardendale, Herbert Allred of Tuscalloosa and Jerry Allred of Anniston; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
